NORTH SHORE EVENTS CENTRE (NSEC)
The NZ Breakers play their home games at the North Shore Events Centre.
The NSEC is in the middle of New Zealand's strongest basketball community and the NZ Breakers are proud to be a part of this strong and developing force!
NZ Breakers game nights at the NSEC are as dynamic as ever with surprise changes at every game for all of our fans. One thing is for sure; you will not recognize the NSEC while you experience fun and excitement inches away from your seat. At the NSEC, you are so close to the action, you feel like you are part of the team.
Getting to the NSEC
The North Shore Events Centre is located in the heart of North Shore City. It is also easily accessible from Central Auckland via the Auckland Harbour Bridge and the Northern Motorway. The Centre can be accessed via Silver Field or Argus Place which is off Sunnybrae Road.
Time & Entry
Doors open at 6pm. Tip-off at 7.30pm.
Courtside hospitality guests are invited to enter through the VIP entrance to the rear of the building from 6pm with dinner served from 6pm.
Parking Special
The NSEC has a large car park which is able to cater up to 900 cars.
The car park is monitored by NSEC staff and a fee of $5 will be charged on game - night to the general public.
MVP Members will only be charged $3 to park on game-night.
For patrons with disabilities, there are disability parks available to the right of the stadium's main entry. Make sure to display your pass or you will be towed away.
Special Accommodations
So that we may better assist patrons with disabilities, when making your booking please advise whether any member(s) of your group are disabled or require special accommodations. We are happy to assist wherever possible to help make their Breakers experience more enjoyable for them.
To the left of the main entrance is the stadium’s only lift which will take you from Ground to Level One. When you exit the lift, go straight ahead and an usher will direct you to the wheelchair and companion area.
Toilets
The main stadium toilets are located under the South Mezzanine.
Concession Tickets Catering
If you have purchased a concession ticket, please bring along your valid ID as you will be required to show this upon entry.
Catering
No food or drink is allowed to be brought in into the stadium. The main concession stand is located to the right of the front lobby. Enjoy a wide variety of options, from a refreshing drink to freshly made rolls, something to soothe even the hungriest Breakers fan!
Merchandise
You can get all your favourite Breakers gears at the Breakers Gear Stand located in the front lobby.
Breakers Sign & Photo Opportunity
Bring along your favourite Breakers gear to get signed because the team are on court after their cool-down for signing and photograph opportunities.
Restricted Items
We want every Breakers fan cheering and supporting the team as loud as possible, but items like personal cameras are ok, but horns including vuvuzelas are not permitted into the stadium.
In Need of Assistance While at the Game?
If you are in need of assistance on game day, please don't hesitate to see any of the helpful Breakers staff wearing the bright yellow "Game Night Crew" vests – you can’t miss them!
