Last season the Wollongong ahm Hawks were just one win away from capturing the NBL Championship and saw an increase of 45% in average attendance (3,649) for the 2009/10 NBL Season, the best in the National Basketball League.
The Wollongong ahm Hawks again are providing some of the most affordable ticket prices across the NBL with adult tickets starting from $20 and children tickets from a low $15 per game.
Family tickets start from just $55 per game, making a Wollongong ahm Hawks game one of the most affordable entertainment options in Wollongong throughout the summer.
Opening game is on Friday 15 October 2010 against the Gold Coast Blaze at the WIN Entertainment Centre, tip off 7:30pm.
“Fans came out and really got behind us early in the season last year. They were such an important part to the success of our home court record for us. We’re really looking forward to Hawks fans, sport fans and the entire community to come out and enjoy a Hawks game this season, as players we love the atmosphere and I know fans love the night out” Hawks Captain Mat Campbell said.
Tickets can be purchased online exclusively through ticketek.com.au or fans can contact Ticketek on 132 849 and book over the phone. Wollongong fans can also secure their tickets at the WIN Entertainment Centre Box Office on Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm.
