On Sunday the 30th August Drew Williamson attended The Everyone’s Game Basketball Carnival.
The Gold Coast Blaze were out in force at the Gold Coast Show over the weekend with Burnie Blaze, Goulding’s celebrity cook-off and the Rookie of the Year grand final.
GOLD Coast Blaze players met some of Toowoomba’s budding juniors at a coaching clinic yesterday and the NBL stars are also using their tour of the Darling Downs this week to meet each other.
We are less than two months from the start of the season and with preseason tournaments and games kicking off next week in Waroona.
Basketball's strong growth is continuing and is now 300 people away from being the No. 1 participation sport in WA and the Perth Wildcats are doing all it can to keep it going.
This last 2 months have been flat out for our Perth Wildcats in the Community. With all players on board we have been visiting as many schools as possible.
Ricky Grace began his work in communities throughout WA while still playing with the Wildcats and it has only continued to grow since as he remains committed to the cause.
This week sees all the kids of WA heading back to school.

The dust has now settled on our July School Holiday Camp.
