Former Harlequins Angie Rena and Carissa Walford have gone on to live their dream in their chosen areas. Angie is currently in Dallas and was the first Australian to be successfully selected to be part of the 2011 Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders. Carissa has recently been recruited to Channel (V) The Riff team which airs live every Saturday.
In 2010 on ONE HD’s ‘Overtime’ Andrew Gaze spoke about the Harlequins – “Memo to the rest of the NBL teams; If you’re going to have cheerleaders, have them professional, have them looking good like the Sydney Kings are here. They do an amazing job”.
We look forward to entertaining Kings Fans throughout the season and supporting our guys as we strive towards a successful season!
