Melbourne Tigers Member Terms & Conditions 2011/12 Season
1. To qualify for a concession membership, members must hold one of the following forms of identification: Pension card, full time student card, seniors card, disability card & carers. Health Care Cards & Health Benefits cards do not qualify. A photocopy of a valid concession card is required with membership application.
2. Random checks are conducted at NBL venues on concession membership cards. Concession members must have appropriate identification with them a when attending all NBL matches.
3. Companion card holders gain free entry for their carer. A photocopy of the card is required with membership application.
4. To qualify for a child membership, the junior must be 14 or under at the 31st of March 2012.
5. Children under the age of 3 are admitted free providing they are seated on their parent/guardian’s knee and do not require a seat
6. A family membership consists of 2 Adult & 2 Child memberships. Juniors must be 14 or under at the 31st of March 2012.
7. To be eligible for the Early Bird Singlet offer the membership must be paid in full by 29th July 2011 and include desired size. Singlet will be available by the opening home games of the season if size is provided to the Melbourne Tigers office upon purchase of membership.
8. All renewing members are guaranteed their last season seat if 2011/12 membership is purchased by 29th July 2011. If you wish to change your seats please specify on your application. Any renewing application with no seating request will be allocated last season’s seats.
9. For all new members please specify on your application form the area you would like to sit in the stadium and we will do our best to seat you as close as possible to that location.
10. Membership forms will be processed in the following order of priority for applications received prior to early bird cut off:
a. Renewing members with no changes to seating
b. Renewing members wishing to change seats
c. New members purchasing a reserved seat for the first time
11. Once your membership application form has been processed, payment is non refundable.
12. For members who have purchased a car park for 2011/12, the pass will allow you to the park in the Tigers car park (bitumen area). This area is for paid ticket holders only. If you arrive less than 30 minutes before tip off your reserved car park is not guaranteed.
13. Members that require any membership tickets to be reprinted on the night of the game will incur a $10 reprint fee. If you misplace your tickets in the lead up to a Tigers home game please contact the membership department by emailing membership@tigers.com.au or call (03) 9320 2490 during business hours to organise the missing tickets to be reprinted and left in Tigers ticket collection at the specific game.
14. Members are required to notify the Melbourne Tigers Basketball Club of any change in circumstance, including the issuing or withdrawal of concession status, member contact details, or any relevant information that could affect their membership with the club.
15. There are 14 regular season home games at ‘The Cage’. All prices include GST & NBL Marketing Levy.
16. By purchasing a membership you agree to be added to the Melbourne Tigers electronic database and receive information relating to the club. Should you not wish to receive information you must notify the club.

Payment Plan Terms & Conditions 2011/12
1. In this Agreement a reference to “we”, “us” and “our” means International Management Group of America Pty Limited (ABN 23 001 788 343) and Real Time Online Real Time Online Pty Limited (ABN 14 106 856 286) trading as IMG Sports Technology Group (“IMG Sports Technology Group”).
2. This Agreement authorises IMG Sports Technology Group to debit from your nominated Credit Card Account as set out in your membership application.
3. The first installment will be withdrawn upon receiving your application with further payments on the 1st of each following month. If the payment date is on a weekend or a public holiday in VIC, we will process your payment on the next business day. If any payment fails to transfer between institutions on the 1st, further attempts will be made in the next three working days to attempt to clear the fund transfer.
4. If your debit is returned or dishonored by your financial institution, you will be contacted by us for immediate payment. Any fees levied to you by your financial institution will be payable by you.
5. The Melbourne Tigers Basketball Club may suspend or cancel your membership if on two consecutive occasions your drawing is dishonored by your financial institution. We will notify you by letter if we suspend or cancel your payment plan arrangement.
6. It is your responsibility to ensure that: (a) the account details you have provided are correct and include notification should the expiry date change within the twelve month payment plan (b) you have sufficient clear funds available in the nominated account, on the scheduled drawing date.
7. If your membership is suspended or cancelled you will not be able to gain access to games, including finals, at the State Netball Hockey Centre.
8. If you believe that a withdrawal has been initiated incorrectly, please contact the Tigers office on 03 9320 2490. You will receive a full refund of the withdrawal amount if we can not substantiate the reason for the drawing.
9. It is your responsibility to make sure that your Credit Card Account has sufficient credit available so that the charges set out in the online membership application can be processed. If the Credit Card Account does not have sufficient credit available and your financial institution dishonours the payment, any charges incurred:
(a) by your financial institution may be debited against your Credit Card Account; and
(b) by us may be debited against your Credit Card Account.
10. You must advise us in writing if you close your Credit Card Account.
11. We will keep your Credit Card Account and other financial institution details confidential. However, we may disclose these details:
(a) if you consent in writing; or
(b) to the extent required by law; or
(c) for the purpose of this Agreement, for example, to settle a dispute.
12. We may at any time vary the terms of this Agreement on 10 business days notice to you. In addition to changes we make, this Agreement is subject to change by our financial institution.
13. You indemnify us against all, losses, costs, damages and liability that we suffer as a result of you giving incorrect or false information in your online membership application. Your indemnity:
(a) extends and covers all changes you make to your online membership application; and
(b) continues after this Agreement has ended.
14. IMG Sports Technology Group is careful to protect the privacy of any personal information you supply. Some information may be given to your financial institution in the event of a direct debit item dispute, or to verify that IMG Sports Technology Group has received an online membership application from you. IMG Sports Technology Group will only use your information for the express purpose contained in this Agreement. 15. Please note that all memberships must be paid in full by 1st Feb 2012 in the final year of each season.
Melbourne Tigers School Holiday Camp Terms & Conditions
By completing an enrolment form you agree to the following conditions:
1. The cost for each child to participate in a Tigers camp is a flat fee as provided upon booking. If the child only participates in one day of the camp for any reason the cost will remain. Once the booking has been completed payment is non refundable.
2. To register for the camps you must register online at the Tigers website. This means you must pay by credit card prior to the first day of the camp. Any other form of payment will not be accepted.
3. The number of participants at each camp is restricted based on the number of courts available at each stadium. The first enrolments received will be given priority enrolment for their preferred camp.
4. You consent for the person in charge at the camp to seek medical attention for your child if necessary.
5. You agree to be added to the Melbourne Tigers database and receive information relating to the Melbourne Tigers.
6. You exclude the Melbourne Tigers Basketball Club (including employees, volunteers and contractors) of any responsibility to your child’s person or property, as a result of any illness or injury that your child may suffer during the camp.
7. You allow the use of any images or likeness of your child, taken during the camps to be used in future marketing or promotions for the Tigers.
