The Perth Wildcats development players will tonight take on the Western Australian Baptist team at Melville Recreation Centre at 7.30pm.

Wildcats development players Ben Purser, Rob Cassir, Damien Scott and Jarrod Balcombe will head up a team representing the 'Cats up against the WA Baptist team who is preparing for the Australian Baptist Championships.

The WA Baptist team includes the likes of Jarrod Prue, and Ryan and Chris Sofoulis and tonight's scrimmage will be their last before heading to the 39th annual tournament in Adelaide starting in four days time.

As well as the four development players going up against them from the Wildcats, Josh Garlepp will also hit the court against the Baptist team to prepare them for what they hope will be a successful Australian Baptist Championships.

Tip-off is 7.30pm at Melville Recreation Centre. The game will consist of four eight=minute quarters.
