This is an example of a rebounding arm clamp. In this example White 21 and Blue 6 jostle for position. Whilst the ball is in the air White 21 takes front position with Blue 6 behind and there is incidental contact as they work for position.

As the ball bounces off the ring White 21 clamps Blue 6 and holds Blue 6 stopping him from jumping. This is a holding foul on White 21.
