One of the competition’s all-time greats, Jesse Wagstaff, is reportedly returning for an 18th season in NBL27.
According to Channel 10's Lachy Reid, Perth Wildcats skipper Wagstaff has signed a one-year deal to return to the club in 2026-27.
As it stands, Wagstaff has 540 games to his name, which is the sixth most in NBL history, behind only Tony Ronaldson (665), Andrew Gaze (612), Leroy Loggins (567), Glen Saville (563) and Mark Bradtke (540).
The six-time champion would join a roster that already includes Kristian Doolittle, Jo Lual-Acuil Jr., Dylan Windler, Ben Henshall, Jaron Rillie, Cameron Huefner and Noa Kouakou-Heugue.
