The Sydney Kings are reportedly in advanced talks to sign NBA veteran Torrey Craig.

The Sydney Kings appear to have bolstered their NBL26 championship credentials by reportedly being in advanced talks to sign Torrey Craig for the remainder of the season.

According to ESPN's Olgun Uluc, Craig, who has played 88 NBL games to his name with Cairns and Brisbane, is in advanced talks to become the third import (alongside Kendric Davis and Tim Soares) of Brian Goorjian's side.

During his time in Australia, Craig averaged 11.8 points, 6.5 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game, while claiming NBL17's Defensive Player of the Year award and being named to the 2016-17 All-NBL Second Team.

Since then, the now 35-year-old forward has made 538 appearances in the NBA with Denver, Phoenix, Chicago, Indiana, Milwaukee and Boston.

Craig would replace Bul Kuol in the Kings' lineup, after the South Sudanese international was recently ruled out for the season with an ACL injury.

Sydney next play Brisbane on Thursday night as part of the 2026 Ignite Cup in Perth.

That fixture tips off at 9.30pm AEDT, live on ESPN.
