Bullets stars set for long stint on sidelines

Brisbane Bullets stars Sam McDaniel and Javon Freeman-Liberty will be be sidelined for more than a month due to injuries.
The long-term injury toll continues to mount for the last-placed Brisbane Bullets, with two of their stars set to miss more than a month of action.
The Bullets announced on Thursday that import Javon Freeman-Liberty (hamstring) and wing Sam McDaniel (calf) will both be reevaluated in four weeks for their respective injuries.
Big man Tyrell Harrison will also remain on the sidelines for the club's Round 16 away clash with the Cairns Taipans, as he progresses through the return to play protocols following a concussion against Perth.
These three join long-term absentees Casey Prather (knee), Lamar Patterson (hamstring) and Dakota Mathias (shoulder) on the sidelines.
In positive injury news, Darryl McDonald's side are set to welcome back guard Taine Murray (ankle) to the lineup on Saturday, with Tristan Deevers and Jensen Bradtke also coming into the side for their injured teammates.
