Ingles set for United debut

Joe Ingles’ long-awaited NBL return will be streamed live as Melbourne United face B.LEAGUE United.

Star signing Joe Ingles will make his Melbourne United debut on Sunday, suiting up for a pre-season clash against the Japanese B.LEAGUE United team.

While the game will be held behind closed doors, fans will have the opportunity to live stream Ingles’ first NBL appearance in almost 20 years, from 2pm AEST on Sunday, August 8.

One of Australia’s best ever players will be joined by fellow recruit Sam Waardenburg in the lineup, after the 27-year-old made the move from Cairns in the off-season.

Shea Ili and Kyle Bowen are among a strong United squad, with the likes of Chris Goulding, Josh Oduro and Cole Anthony to come into the team for future games.
