The Tasmania JackJumpers have continued to build on an impressive off-season, with the club announcing it has re-signed Bryce Hamilton for two years.

The star forward made an instant impact in his first season, averaging 17.8 points, 4.2 rebounds and 2.3 assists before sadly going down with an ACL injury.

Hamilton’s first professional stint abroad was influential, with the 25-year-old selected to the All-NBL Second Team, despite missing the back half of the season.

“Part of our whole strategy this off-season was to figure out how we could get Bryce Hamilton back,” Scott Roth said.

“The fact that we’ve been able to secure him for two years is really a great outcome for us and for him.

“We can help him through his rehab, get him back on the court sooner than later this season and then have him for a full healthy season too.”

Hamilton joins David Johnson, Ben Ayre, Josh Bannan, Nick Marshall, Majok Deng and Will Magnay as returning faces for the JackJumpers, while Taran Armstrong, Ben Gold and Dakota Mathias form a new-look outfit ahead of NBL27.
