The NBL Ignite Cup returns with bigger prize money as 7-Eleven Australia is unveiled as its presenting partner.

7-Eleven Australia on Wednesday was announced as Presenting Partner of the Hungry Jack's NBL Ignite Cup, which returns to NBL27 with an even bigger prize pool on the line.

Tipping off with a blockbuster double header on Wednesday, September 30, with the New Zealand Breakers hosting the Cairns Taipans at Spark Arena in Auckland (5:30pm AEST), before Sydney takes on Brisbane at Afterpay Arena in Sydney (7:30pm).

Twenty games will again count towards the regular season ladder across Wednesday nights, before four teams advance to the Ignite Cup Finals series in Canberra to battle it out for a share in $550,000 in prize money – the largest in League history and up on last season's $400,000 pool.

For fans in the arena and watching at home, 7-Eleven Australia's presence will be part of the action every Wednesday night, from the official Ignite Cup game ball in play, to standout court, in-game, broadcast and digital moments throughout the season.

Fans will be front and centre of the partnership all season long, with exclusive pre-game and content experiences plus the chance to win with special 7-Eleven promotions via the NBL app.

Ignite Cup Finals weekend will take it up another level, with money-can't-buy fan experiences and merchandise giveaways, while special watch parties will bring the Ignite Cup atmosphere into local communities right across the country.
