SuperCoaches at the top of the table don’t need to do much heading into Round 8, but those who need to claw back points need to Doolittle – Kristian Doolittle ($317,500), now $365,800.
He is the captain call, and his ownership at the time of publication is 15.1%. He’s averaged 41.7 SuperCoach points across his last three games, he scored 49 the last time he played Brisbane and 45 the last time he played Cairns, and Perth hosts the Taipans on Sunday. The Wildcats double again in Round 9.
Only four clubs play twice in Round 8 of SuperCoach NBL: Brisbane, Cairns, Illawarra and Perth.
Illawarra is the trap. The Hawks play twice in each of Rounds 8, 9 and 10, but Sam Froling ($228,200), now $213,800, Kelan Martin ($277,000), now $181,900, and Milton Doyle ($274,700), now $223,500, have averaged under 17 across their last three games. Martin alone is down $95,100 since Round 1.
If you want a piece of the Hawks’ run, Makur Maker ($99,800), now $211,300, is up $111,500 since Round 1 and cash cow Johny Narkle ($69,000), now $117,900, is up $48,900.
