Cole Anthony debuts for Melbourne United as they host the Cairns Taipans, in the final hit-out for both sides before the Blitz.

Melbourne United host the Cairns Taipans on Saturday night, with tip-off from 6:30pm AEST at Casey.

The clash is set to be a milestone occasion, with Cole Anthony poised to make his debut for the home team.

Joe Ingles has overcome a scare last week where he left the court late in the game limping, taking his place in the United squad.

All eyes are set to be on the Taipans too, after an impressive win on Thursday night against the Phoenix, led by Reyne Smith (16 points), Lloyd McVeigh (14 points, 10 rebounds) and Keanu Pinder (12 points).
