Bullets make major roster move

Brisbane has signalled a major roster shake-up with Jaylen Adams’ exit and fresh import reinforcements on the way.
The Brisbane Bullets have parted ways with import and former NBL MVP Jaylen Adams.
The club released a statement on Friday confirming the move, ending Adams’ 13 game tenure in Brisbane.
Adams averaged 12.8 points and 5.3 assists this season, well down on his production in both Sydney and Adelaide, which sparked calls for a potential change in recent weeks.
The Bullets are expected to announce a new import shortly, stating they had "moved decisively over the past 24 hours to secure an elite import signing".
The news follows the season-ending injury to Casey Prather, throwing the Bullets campaign into chaos after a five win, eight loss start under Stu Lash.
“We are making quick, decisive moves to ensure our import spots are filled with elite talent as soon as possible,” Brisbane CEO Malcolm Watts said.
“Our club, our fans and our partners deserve a team that represents Brisbane with pride and professionalism. There will be two major announcements coming in the immediate future.”
6’8" forward Lachlan Anderson will join the Bullets’ roster in the short-term, while it secures its new import signings.
