Bullets star cleared for return

Brisbane Bullets star Javon Freeman-Liberty has been cleared to make his long-awaited return to the court this Thursday.

The club announced on Wednesday that the import, who was sidelined with viral illness, will suit up during their Round 12 clash with Illawarra at the WIN Entertainment Centre on Thursday.

This will mark Freeman-Liberty's first NBL game since Round 2, after he and the club parted ways in October, then re-signed the following month.

The American guard will replace injured star Casey Prather in Stu Lash's squad for the remainder of the Hungry Jack's NBL26 season.
