Bryce's return
Bryce Cotton claimed five MVPs and won three championships during his nine seasons with the Perth Wildcats.

But Sunday will mark the first time he will play at RAC Arena in a different jersey, this time as an Adelaide 36er.

After one of the most highly publicised NBL shifts in league history, all eyes will be on the 33-year-old.

Perth building nicely
After defeating competition front-runners Melbourne on Thursday, Perth will be out to make it a clean sweep of the league's top two sides come Sunday afternoon.

And with David Duke Jr acclimatised now, John Rillie's side appear heading in the right direction, especially with arguably NBL's most lethal front court (Jo Lual-Acuil Jr, Kristian Doolittle and Dylan Windler) at his disposal.

If Perth can win this emotional clash, they can safely be included in the championship chatter.

Wildcats' Dylan Windler on playing against Bryce Cotton at RAC Arena:
"I look forward to it. I’ve had a lot of exciting games in this building - it’ll just be another one to add to the list.

"Obviously, he brought a lot of good memories to everybody in this building. I’m sure they’ll welcome him back with open arms.

"Hopefully, once tip-off starts, they’ll be cheering for us. But it’s exciting for the city. He’s done a lot for the Wildcats.

“As a competitor, it’s going to be fun to play in that game.

"(But) once tip-off. At least. It better be everybody with us - Red Army."

36ers star Bryce Cotton on returning to Perth:
"I'm not sure [what kind of reception I'll get], we're all going to find out in a couple days.

"It doesn't matter too much [what the fans do].

"Of course it's good to be appreciated, but I know what I've done there and the people who I'm close to out there know what I've done as well.

"So that's what matters. Nothing can take away my love for the city."
