One of the League's biggest stars has arrived back in Australia ahead of the Hungry Jack's NBL27 Season, with ESPN's Olgun Uluc reporting that Kendric Davis has touched down in the country.

Davis had missed the CODE Sports NBL Blitz after being stranded in the United States due to a passport administration issue, but the NBL26 Championship Series MVP is understood to have made it back just in time for the new season.

"Sydney Kings import Kendric Davis landed in Australia this morning, I'm told," Uluc tweeted on Saturday morning."

Davis and Adelaide 36ers star Bryce Cotton have built a must-watch rivalry over the past two seasons, with their teams meeting in last year's Championship Series and the pair twice finishing one-two in League MVP voting.

The 27-year-old put up 25.1 points, 7.1 assists and 3.7 rebounds a game through the NBL26 campaign, guiding the Kings to the title.
