Emerging Cairns Taipans star Reyne Smith continued his impressive form on Monday night (Australian time), scoring 16 points in a win over the Netherlands.
The Australian Select team bounced back with a nine-point victory in a friendly in China, with Smith knocking down 44 per cent of his attempts from beyond the arc.
Adelaide’s Ben Griscti took another encouraging step in his recovery from a serious neck injury, finishing with 8 points and 7 rebounds.
Brisbane’s Jacob Holt also made an impact, recording 10 points and 6 rebounds in 24 minutes of game time.
