No excuses for humbled 36ers

Adelaide's Matt Kenyon says his team aren't making any 'excuses' for their first defeat of NBL26.
Adelaide's best start to a season since the 2000/01 campaign was eviscerated during Saturday's emphatic loss to Sydney.
But instead of dwelling on it, the 36ers have taken it on the chin and are using it as a growth opportunity.
During Tuesday's media availability, Matt Kenyon said Adelaide would keep "chipping away", as it looked to turn one of the most talented rosters in the league into a championship-winning team.
"We had a good start [to the season] and then obviously had a bit of a rough one on Saturday but it's a good learning lesson for the group, I think especially early on," Kenyon said.
"We have no excuses in our group and it's tough but at the same time everyone has these moments throughout the season and [we'll learn from this] and move on.
"In any professional season, it's a lot of highs, a lot of lows, but if you can stay in that middle area and just keep chipping away day to day, you'll be in a good spot come the end of season."
Kenyon, who says he's "happy to do whatever the team needs him to do", will take on his former side South East Melbourne, who is played 50 matches for, when the 36ers host the Round 5 fixture at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on Thursday.
"I think it's always interesting versing your old side. [There’s] a few familiar faces, maybe a little bit more juice in the legs, but, yeah, it's another good test for us early on in the season," he said.
"They're very good defensively, quite similar to how Sydney were, so I'm sure they'll be up full court and making things tough, so it's gonna be a good challenge for us."
Thursday's match tips off at 7.30pm AEDT, live on ESPN.
